CODE OF ETHICS OF THE CLUB
| Principle 1 | We support and contribute to the development of each other as a single business community. |
| Principle 2 | We follow the ethic norms in the personal relations and in business. |
| Principle 3 | We nurture the positive reputation of every Club member and his/her business. |
| Principle 4 | We value tolerant, positive and reliable business people. |
| Principle 5 | We are open to new opportunities and partnerships with business people from across the world. |
| Principle 6 | We do not intervene into political opinions of our members. We are not a political organization. |
| Principle 7 | We respect religion of every member. We are not a religious organization. |
| Principle 8 | We do not welcome aggressive sales on the Club’s territory (like MLM sales). |
| Principle 9 | Only a person who represents a reliable company with a positive business reputation and who respects the Constitution of Ukraine may become the member of our community. |
| Principle 10 | Club is a non-dependent organization and is not a member of any association, union or organization; Club can only be involved as a business partner. |
